David has 35 years’ experience in investment banking, funds management, property and retail banking. He has formerly held roles as CEO of Investec Bank, Allco Finance Group, MLC, and Westpac's Wealth Management Business, BT Financial Group. He was also Director of AMP.
David is Chairman of both The University of New South Wales Medicine Advisory Council, Charter Hall Group, and a Director of Fisher Funds Management Limited. He serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Nomination and Remuneration & People Committees.
David holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Mike has enjoyed a diverse career working across the Insurance, Consulting and IT Industries in Australia, the UK and South Africa. Prior to joining AUB Group, Mike was the Group CEO for Cover-More, previously an ASX-listed global travel insurer and now part of the Zurich Group. Mike previously held senior roles in Australia at QBE as Group Executive, Operations and at EY leading the Financial Services Advisory business.
Before moving to Australia, Mike spent several years working in London including at IBM leading the Insurance and Banking consulting teams and at Morse plc (Application Services) as Managing Director. Mike’s earlier career in South Africa included senior roles in Consulting at IBM, Accenture and PwC.
Mike also holds a position as Non-Executive Director of 1stGroup (ASX:1ST). Mike is a Chartered Accountant (SA).
Non-Executive Director
Robin was a partner at PWC with 28 years’ experience in financial services, particularly insurance, assurance and risk management.
Robin is a member of the Audit and Assurance Standards Board, and on the board of a number of not-for-profit organisations including Sydney Medical School Foundation, Public Education Foundation and Primary Ethics.
Robin serves as a director of CSG, Appen, IPH, the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation and Gordian Runoff. She is Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and serves on the Nomination and Remuneration & People Committee.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of New South Wales, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Non-Executive Director
Ray has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry experience based in Australia, but with management responsibilities throughout the Pacific rim.
He previously held the positions of Managing Director of reinsurance brokers Benfield Greig in Australia, involved in the Australian insurance industry. Ray serves on the Audit & Risk Management, Nomination and Remuneration & People Committees.
Ray has a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Non-Executive Director
Cath is a Director and co-founder of Digital Receipt Exchange Limited and a Non-Executive Director of the Heart Research Institute. She was previously a Director of McGrath Limited (2016–2018). Cath has held senior roles in leading investment and financial services organisations in Sydney and overseas including AirTree Ventures, Anchorage Capital Partners, Masdar Capital and Credit Suisse.
Cath holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul was previously Chief Executive of Mortgage Choice. Prior to that he was Executive Director of Heritage Bank and Permanent Trustee and held senior roles in Westpac in Sydney and London.
Paul is also Chairman of NPP Australia, and a Director of Endometriosis Australia, LIXI Australia and is chair of Retail Finance Intelligence.
Paul serves on the Audit & Risk Management Committee, Nomination, and Remuneration & People Committees. Paul holds a BSc from Sydney University and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chief Financial Officer
Mark has 30 years’ financial services experience in senior finance, CFO and COO roles in Europe, Asia and Australia. Mark spent 14 years with Macquarie Bank including nine years as CFO of the Asia Pacific Region and three years as CFO of Macquarie’s Retail Bank, Business Bank and Wealth Management division. More recently Mark was CFO and COO of Australian Ethical Investment, an ASX-listed fund manager and superannuation fund trustee.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant qualified in South Africa and Australia, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
CEO and Group Head of Underwriting and Placement
Angie Zissis is a former Finance Director at Marsh and COO at Aon Australia. He was most recently NSW State Manager at ATC Insurance Solutions. In his current role, Angie is building and leading a new style of underwriting agency in Australia.
Chief Broking Officer - Austbrokers
Ben is responsible for managing the broking networks and optimising the portfolio of businesses. Ben has been in the insurance market for over 25 years and was a member of the IAG and CGU Group Executive and where he held several senior executive positions, including CEO of IAG's Australian Business Division.
Managing Director, AUB Group NZ Limited
Keith has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry. He was previously CEO of OAMPS Insurance Brokers, a Wesfarmers company.
Prior to this, he worked for Crombie Lockwood in New Zealand for 17 years in key leadership roles such as Executive General Manager.

Partner Development Manager - Austbrokers
Mark joined Austbrokers in 2015 from Allianz where he served as State Manager – VIC/TAS Broker and Agency. He has held a number of senior management roles throughout his career including Chief Operating Officer at iiNet, General Manager – Strategy and Marketing for the RAC of WA and Marketing Manager – Life at Suncorp.
Mark has an MBA from the University of WA, a Graduate Diploma of Insurance Broking through ANZIIF and is a Member of the AICD.
Mark is responsible for a panel of members providing governance, financial and strategic support along with his duties as a nominee Director.
Partner Development Manager - Austbrokers
Peter has worked in the corporate and financial services sectors for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Austbrokers, he served as Head of Insurance for ANZ Bank where he played a central role in the inception and growth of the bank’s insurance portfolio. Peter’s career has also included secondments to Singapore and Amsterdam as well as senior roles with Qantas, ABN AMRO and the NSW Department of Industry.
Peter is responsible for a panel of members providing governance, financial and strategic support along with his duties as a nominee Director.
Operations Manager - Austbrokers Member Services
Rebecca is responsible for the overall management and deployment of Austbrokers initiatives and projects. She works closely with the Austbrokers partners and other strategic partners in project development and meeting ongoing requirements for the business.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM and Economics) and a Certificate IV in Business Administration.
